New site re-design - Homepage changes + Responsiveness Change

You might've noticed the design and stylistic changes across the site in the past few days.

One of the biggest changes is to the homepage, where you will now land straight into the community dashboard.

The previous homepage, which described OddsRabbit, has now been moved here and can be accessed through the Learn More About OddsRabbit button on the unlogged-in homepage.

We have also overhauled our CSS and responsiveness design back to the more simple em approach. We were trying to be fancy with using svh and vmin to scale automatically, but it caused a lot of headaches between browser support and inconsistencies between screen sizes.

Anyway we're working on quickly pushing updates, aiming for an end of July launch.
